2. Educational and non-medical use: ZENOASIS articles, assessments, reports, audio, visual experiences, and protocols are provided for education, reflection, general wellness, and human-performance practice. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for qualified professional care.

3. Assessment and report: The current Decision Readiness Assessment is a structured self-assessment. Its score and recommendations are generated from submitted responses using proprietary rule-based logic. The score is not a biometric measurement, clinical test, validated cognitive diagnosis, or guarantee of performance.

4. SATA-CODA™ 77-Day Immersive Protocol: The 77-Day Protocol is a structured educational experience using guided audio, visual design, reflection, progress mechanics, and manual completion. Outcomes vary. Completion records depend partly on user confirmation and should not be described as independent behavioral or biometric verification.

5. 118 BPM and experiential language: The 118 BPM pacing is a proprietary creative and experiential design choice intended to support a consistent transition ritual. Terms such as RESET, IGNITE, INTEGRATE, grey noise, The Alchemist, Master Token, Vault Clearance, and Unified State are branded experiential language. They are not statements of guaranteed neurological or biological outcomes.

6. XR, audio, and sensory safety: Stop any audio, video, XR, or immersive experience that causes discomfort, dizziness, disorientation, panic, headache, visual strain, or other adverse effects. Use devices according to manufacturer guidance and remain aware of the physical environment. People with relevant health concerns should seek professional guidance before use.

7. DUME and partner products: DUME may include DUME-owned products and clearly labeled curated partner products. A third-party product is not manufactured, clinically validated, or endorsed as medically necessary by Cognitive State Systems LLC merely because it appears in the ecosystem. 2. Information you provide: The ZENOASIS contact form may collect your name, email, organization, inquiry topic, and message. Do not submit sensitive medical information, payment-card data, passwords, confidential assessment responses, or information you are not authorized to share.

3. Contact-form processor: The contact form is delivered through Formspree. Form submissions are transmitted to that service for processing and delivery. Its handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Technical information: Hosting, DNS, security, and delivery providers may automatically process IP address, browser type, device information, request time, requested page, security signals, and similar server-log data needed to operate, protect, and improve the site. Cloudflare may process traffic when the domain is proxied through its network.

5. Cookies and analytics: This replacement does not include advertising pixels or a dedicated analytics script. Infrastructure providers may use essential technologies for security and delivery.
